Participants will have the opportunity to visit the heart of the Latino commercial district in Philadelphia to see HACE’s success story in developing and managing ‘El Centro de Oro.’ El Centro de Oro is home to the greatest concentration of Latino-owned businesses, multi-cultural and bilingual health related and community service organizations, and arts and cultural resources in the tri-state region. |
